Keeping the Mulford Conspiracy Alive...

THE 1911 INDY 500 WINNER? Ralph Mulford in 1923 (Source: New York Times)
Its somewhat Bemusing to me how this story seemingly won?t fade away, albeit I enjoyed the background upon Ralph Mulford?s two failed attempts as an Auto Manufacturer, since I?ve never heard ?bout the 1917 Mulford Roadster, which you can read about in;
From Racer in First Indy 500, a Roadster That Saved a City
Then if you wish to relive a quick rehash over the perceived controversy between whether Ray Haroun in the ?Throbbing Yellow Speed Monster,? a.k.a. Marmon Wasp or Ralph Mulford won the 1911 Indy 500 see;
Who Really Won? It?s Not So Simple
After all ? Controversy does Sell, right?
