WATERFORD - When Keith Rocco sustained a dislocated shoulder in an SK Modified heat race on June 10 at Stafford Motor Speedway many thought it would be an injury that could derail his success for the remainder of the 2011.
If anything it has seemingly fired him up even more.
Rocco, of Wallingford, rolls into the Waterford Speedbowl tonight on impressive streak and looking to make history.
Between races at Stafford, Waterford and the Thompson International Speedway, Rocco has won five of seven events he has run since getting leaving Stafford on June 10 in an ambulance.
The streak began with a Late Model victory at Stafford on June 17, followed up by an SK Modified victory at Waterford on June 18.
