Todd Szegedy Fastest In Final Whelen Modified Tour Practice At New Hampshire Motor Speedway

LOUDON, N.H. - Todd Szegedy topped the speed charts in the 35-minute final practice session Saturday morning for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in preparation for today's F.W. Webb 100.

Szegedy put up a fast lap of 29.572 seconds (128.798 mph). Szegedy, of Ridgefield, will start third today.
Sprint Cup star Ryan Newman, who won the pole for the event on Thursday, did not participate in the practice session.
Jimmy Blewett was second fastest in the session with a top lap of 29.624 seconds (128.571 mph). Reigning series champion Bobby Santos III of Franklin, Mass. was third fastest at 29.636 seconds (128.519 mph).
