WATERFORD - Vin Esposito closed in on the front of the field early in the Late Model feature at the Waterford Speedbowl and the warning came ominously from his spotter about what was in front of him.
"My spotter said, 'That's ugly in front of you.'" Esposito said.
Though what was ugly actually painted a beautiful picture for Esposito of Seymour.
After a tight battle for the lead got explosive, Esposito inherited the top spot with 34 laps remaining and never looked back on the way to victory in the 50-lap Late Model feature Sunday at the Budweiser Blastoff at the Waterford Speedbowl.
