Woody Pitkat Uses Last Lap Pass On Ryan Preece To Win SK Modified Feature Thursday at Thompson Speedway

THOMPSON - Woody Pitkat knew he had some big shoes to fill in the Jimmy Paige owned SK Modified at Thompson International Speedway when he took over the ride in June.

Pitkat got behind the wheel of the car Ted Christopher had decided he didn't want to drive any more at the track.
Pitkat showed the team they made a good decision to put him in the car when he won in his first race with the team on June 16. Thursday, on the final points nights of the season at Thompson, Pitkat once again emphasized to Paige that he belongs.
Pitkat used lapped traffic to his advantage on the final lap to win the 30-lap NASCAR Whelen All-American Series SK Modified feature at Thompson.
