After a pair of successful non-point events over the last two years at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, officials from the American-Canadian Tour are ready to make it count toward a championship in 2011.
The American-Canadian Tour and New Hampshire Motor Speedway officials announced Thursday that a second ACT event will be added to the schedule in Loudon next season.
The non-points ACT Invitational has been held as part of the Sept. Sylvania 300 Sprint Cup Series weekend the last two years at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Next year will see the first points event for the division in Loudon when they are added to the card at the track as part of the Aug. 12-14 IZOD IndyCar Series weekend.
